Service Description
CardWit is an inventory management and pricing tool for sports card dealers. It helps you catalogue your cards, research market values from recent eBay sold-comparable sales, generate QR codes and public showroom links, and process point-of-sale transactions at shows or in your shop.
User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, truthful data about your own inventory — card details, condition, grades, and pricing.
- You agree to use CardWit only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or attempt to extract CardWit's source code, internal data, or market-price methodology with automated tools.
- Abuse the service — harass other users, send spam, attempt to disrupt the app, or circumvent account limits or subscription gating.
- Resell, redistribute, or republish CardWit's market data, analytics, or aggregated price estimates to third parties.
Subscriptions
CardWit offers two paid membership plans. Both include a 7-day free trial, then monthly billing, and you can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Weekender — $4.99 for the first month, then $9.99/month. Built for part-time dealers with weekend shows.
- Pro — $19.99/month. Full access for active, full-time dealers.
Subscriptions are processed via Stripe on the web at cardwit.co, not in-app. CardWit never sees or stores your full card number.
Limitation of Liability
CardWit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Market values and analytics are estimates based on third-party data and are not financial adviceand not guaranteed. CardWit is not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on price estimates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
